Gauteng owes businesses R2.6bn. Here are the other culprits

This is according to Dr Leon Schreiber, the DA's spokesperson on finance, following a series of responses to parliamentary questions over the past few weeks.

This is followed by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries owing R99m andThe Police department owing R24m.
