Is it vote buying? Mzansi questions photos of DA handing out food

Photos were posted on social media which showed the Democratic Alliance (DA) handing out food parcels to communities and South Africans wanted to know if they did not think it was a form of vote buying.

Briefly.co.za previously reported the ANC's Ace Magashule ruffled quite a number of blue DA feathers when he gave a Philippi woman R400 for food during a door-to-door election campaign in the Western Cape.
